Service Description

Ayurveda is an ancient holistic system that can bring wellness and vitality. In this series, you will learn about general Ayurveda topics and specific Ayurvedic recommendations for common wellness related issues. Series – Five 30 minute session – 20 minutes general lecture with 10 minutes for specific questions and guidance.
